Broccoli & Craisin Salad



  • 5 Cups broccoli florets, cut into 1/2″ pcs
  • 1/2 Cup chopped red onion
  • 1 Cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 Cup cooked & crumbled bacon pieces
  • 3/4 Cup Ocean Spray Craisins


  • 1 Cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 Cup sugar
  • 2 Tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper


Combine all salad ingredients in a large mixing bowl, mix well. Combine dressing ingredients in a small mixing bowl. Mix until thoroughly combined using wire whisk. Add dressing to salad and mix well. Refrigerate 1 hour. Makes 8 to 10 servings.

    Grilled Asparagus (Grilling Video)

    Cooking Instructions

    1. Cut woody ends off asparagus and discard.

    2. Drizzle olive oil over asparagus and evenly season with Casey’s Steak & Roast Seasoning (kosher salt, black pepper and garlic).

    3. Place asparagus on grill perpendicular to the grates.

    4. Cook on medium heat  for 2 minutes on each side. When done, asparagus will be slightly charred and bright green in color.
