• 1 to 2 lbs Dab Sole Fillets
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 2 cups panko bread crumbs
  • Kosher or sea salt

Cooking Instructions

Dip the Dab Sole in the beaten egg. Season with salt and pepper and roll in the panko crumbs. Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add butter. Fry fish until golden brown and crispy — about 2 to 3 minutes per side. Garnish with lemon wedges.
