Grilled Salmon


    • 2 salmon filets about 1 lb. each
    • ½ cup canola oil
    • ½ cup lemon juice
    • 4 green onions thinly sliced
    • 3 Tbsp minced fresh parsley
    • 1 ½ tsp fresh rosemary or ½ tsp dried rosemary crushed
    • ½ tsp kosher or sea salt
    • 1/8 tsp black pepper

    Cooking Instructions

    Place salmon in shallow dish. In a separate bowl, combine the remaining ingredients. Set aside ¼ cup for basting. Pour remaining mixture over fish. Cover and refrigerate for about 30 minutes. Grill salmon on medium heat skin side down for 15 to 20 minutes basting with reserved liquid.
